Mentioned in The New York Times for our community engagement, Modal started out as a hostel, and now five years later Greenville’s Largest Airbnb has made its debut as Modal House. With our property be in the news in FORBES magazine as a 2021 HOSCAR Award Winner for Extraordinary Inclusive Hostel by Hostelworld.com the former hostel defined an era in Greenville’s history. Owners Joe Hindman and David Stone Jr. have poured their personal passion into this project and worked hard to create a truly unique group lodging experience for travelers from across the world. Modal House is new a luxurious gamepad for groups to enjoy all the amenities of Downtown Greenville, SC.
